Hey there! We’re Sean & Christopher, the owners of Dough Joy!
Dough Joy began not that long ago, in May of 2021. We wanted to bring something fun, unique, and exciting to Seattle’s food scene, but we had no restaurant or baking experience – just a lot of ideas! After much thought, we bought a food truck, decided on donuts, started recipe testing, and quickly started making fresh raised donuts overnight for our neighbors in Ballard.
What went from baking and selling donuts on a food truck, has turned into a full fledged operation with two shops – one in Capitol Hill & West Seattle, our truck that’s permanently stationed in Ballard, and our new Doughmobile – a super cute food trailer for all our customers’ fun events!
